Landscape designer, I specialize in the design of outdoor spaces for individuals, wine estates, hotels, exceptional properties…
My know-how: Carrying out personalized studies for a tailor-made design of all of your outdoor arrangements (garden, swimming pool, terrace, poolhouse, summer kitchen, play and conviviality areas, etc.), consultation companies, plant selection and work monitoring.
Since 2011, I design outdoor living spaces of various sizes, from patios in urban areas to estates covering several hectares, in the Occitanie and Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur regions. My specialty: the creation of unique gardens, combining structured forms and naturalistic plantings.
I trained as a landscape designer atHigher School of Garden Architecture (ESAJ) then at the Institute of Engineering Techniques in Landscape and Space Planning (ITIAPE).
I draw inspiration from my clients' living environment and imagine tailor-made landscaping projects. My creations offer various Mediterranean plant atmospheres and feature swimming pools, ponds, terraces, pergolas, relaxation or play areas, green walls and roofs, etc.
The design of projects, the selection of plants and materials best suited to each context, the coordination of work (carried out by specialized local companies) and their technical and qualitative monitoring, are all personalized services that I offer.
I offer you services in different steps via an à la carte services, with projects adapted to your needs, your desires and your budget:
1st step: Sketch of the development project
- Carrying out an altimeter and planimetric survey of the spaces to be developed,
- Establishment of a landscape plan in color and to scale,
- Creation of ambient sketches or modeling of the project in 3D,
- Suggestions for plant, mineral and decorative ambiances based on photo boards,
- Establishment of a budgetary approach to the cost of the work,
- Presentation of the project to the client and provision of a complete paper file.
2nd step: Quantified description of the work to be carried out & Consultation of companies
- Establishment of the detailed quantitative description of the works to be carried out allowing consultation of companies,
- Consultation of a panel of specialized local companies,
- Providing the client with a reasoned comparison of the different companies consulted in order to assist him in the choice of speakers.
3rd step: Technical project execution file & Work monitoring
- Establishment of a detailed technical, computerized and colored mass plan of the landscaping (scale 1/100and or 1/200and),
- Creation of the detailed list of selected plants, clump by clump.
- Nursery selection, supply and positioning of plants on site,
- Monitoring and direction of the works until the site acceptance report (coordination, control of the quality of the works and their conformity with the development project, control of the progress of the works, production of plans and details necessary to the advancement of businesses).
- Weekly site meeting or depending on the work phases, writing of site reports.
